I’m a non-denominational mindfulness teacher devoted to peace, not a system.

I fuse my 27 years of meditation experience with my actor training to teach the tools of peace to individuals and groups of any or no religion. It’s about finding what works for you, not upholding dogma.

I started my company, Pause for Peace, LLC so that I could teach peace lessons in person and share peaceful content with a global audience.
